Important Instructions for Students and Parents

To maintain discipline, harmony, and an effective learning environment, all students and parents are requested to strictly adhere to the following rules and guidelines:

School Uniform

All students must wear the prescribed school uniform on all working days. No student will be allowed on campus in casual or unauthorized attire.

Food Policy

Parents are kindly requested not to send non-vegetarian food with their children. The school promotes a vegetarian meal policy on campus.

Leave of Absence

Leave must be applied in advance and in writing, except in unforeseen circumstances. Medical certificates may be required for medical leave.

Labelling of Belongings

All personal items including books, notebooks, tiffin carriers, and stationery must be clearly labeled with the student’s name to avoid misplacement or confusion.

Discipline Policy

Acts of irregular attendance, habitual late coming, negligence in academics, disobedience or disrespect towards teachers will result in strict disciplinary action including possible dismissal.

Permission to Leave Campus

Students are not allowed to leave the school premises or meet parents during school hours without the prior approval of the Principal.

Parental Involvement

Parents are advised to check their child’s school calendar/diary regularly and encourage them to complete assignments and prepare for upcoming tests or events.

Communication Protocol

All communication from parents must be addressed to the Principal only. Concerns or complaints about a student’s conduct or academics should not be directed to class teachers.

Attendance on Reopening Day

Attendance is mandatory on the first day of each new term. Failure to attend without valid reason will be viewed seriously.

Spoken English Policy

Students are encouraged to speak only in English within the school campus to improve language skills and maintain a uniform communication culture.

Prayer Hall Etiquette

Strict silence must be observed in the prayer hall. Students should maintain reverence and discipline during prayer sessions and gatherings.
