Discipline forms the backbone of a successful academic journey. All students of Vidhyaa Vikas Matriculation Higher Secondary School are expected to uphold the highest standards of behavior and decorum as outlined below:

Adhering to this Code of Conduct is mandatory. It not only builds individual character but also creates a respectful and focused learning environment for everyone.
1. Punctuality & Uniform
All students must attend school punctually in the prescribed full uniform every day. Neat and proper dressing is compulsory at all times.
2. Spoken Language Policy
Students must speak only in English within the school campus to promote language fluency and uniform communication.
3. Morning Assembly
All students are required to assemble class-wise before the first bell at 8:50 a.m. for the morning assembly and prayer.
4. Prayer Participation
Students must stand in their respective rows silently and reverently during the morning prayer session.
5. Orderly Movement
While moving between classes, to the playground, labs, or any location, students must march silently in line, maintaining discipline and order.
6. Respect for Teachers
On the arrival of a teacher into the classroom, students should stand and greet by saying "Namasthe" as a mark of respect.
7. Noise & Disturbance
Shouting, unnecessary noise or any behavior that disturbs the peaceful functioning of the school is strictly prohibited and may invite severe disciplinary action.
8. Cleanliness
Students must ensure that the classrooms and school premises are kept clean. Littering is strictly discouraged.
9. Co-Curricular Participation
Students are expected to stay after school hours when called upon for co-curricular or special activities.
10. Leaving Campus
Students are not allowed to meet parents or leave the school premises during school hours without explicit permission from the Principal.
11. Leave Procedures
Students must produce a written leave letter signed by the parent/guardian whenever they are absent from school.
12. Health Guidelines
Students suffering from infectious or contagious diseases will not be permitted to attend school until fully recovered.
13. Personal Belongings
Girls should not wear costly or flashy jewelry to school. Students are also advised not to bring valuables such as gadgets or expensive accessories.
14. Grooming
Boys must maintain neatly trimmed hair and personal hygiene at all times. Proper grooming reflects discipline.
15. Unauthorized Activities
Students are prohibited from collecting donations or selling any articles within the school premises for personal or group benefit.
16. Responsibility for Belongings
The school is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings. Students must take care of their items responsibly.
17. Protection of School Property
Scribbling or defacing school property (walls, desks, blackboards, furniture, etc.) is strictly forbidden. Damages must be compensated by the offender.
18. Respectful Conduct
- Students must greet staff members respectfully both inside and outside the campus by saying "Namasthe" with folded hands or an appropriate greeting, reflecting Indian values.
19. Disciplinary Action
The school reserves the right to suspend or remove students who continuously violate school discipline or exhibit conduct unbecoming of a student.
