At Vidhyaa Vikas Matriculation Higher Secondary School, admissions are granted based on age eligibility, availability of seats, and submission of required documents. The admission process is transparent, student-friendly, and in accordance with school norms and educational guidelines.
Admission from U.K.G. onwards will be considered only with a valid Transfer Certificate (T.C.) from a recognized school, along with the academic records of the previous class.
Parents or guardians seeking admission must submit all required documents at the time of admission. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
A recent passport-size color photograph of the child must be affixed to the application form.
Admission Fee, once paid, is non-refundable under any circumstances.
L.K.G. Admission : Children must have completed 3 years of age as on July 1 of the academic year.
U.K.G. Admission : Children must have completed 4 years of age as on July 1.
Class I Admission : The child must have completed 5 years of age. For each subsequent class, add one year to the minimum age accordingly.
The following documents must be submitted at the time of admission:
Duly filled Admission Application Form (available at the school office).
Original Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal or Village Panchayat Authorities (for L.K.G. to I Std. admissions).
Transfer Certificate (T.C.) from the previously attended school (for admissions from U.K.G. onwards).
Photocopy of Aadhar Card
Community Certificate
Recent Passport-size Colour Photograph – 2 copies.
Progress Report or Mark Sheet from the last attended class (for classes II and above).
Medical Fitness Certificate (if required).
Submission of application does not guarantee admission.
Admission is granted subject to seat availability, verification of documents, and interaction/interview with the child (if required).
The school management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning reason.
